Rose Hospitality is currently seeking motivated professionals to join their team in the United Arab Emirates. We have multiple openings for Front Office Agents, Housekeeping Room Attendants, and Housekeeping Floor Supervisors. These roles are ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards in the hospitality industry. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Each role has distinct responsibilities focused on ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence:

• Front Office Agent: Greet guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out processes, handle reservations, and provide accurate information about hotel services.
• Housekeeping Room Attendant: Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms, replenish amenities, and report any maintenance issues.
• Housekeeping Floor Supervisor: Oversee housekeeping staff on the floor, ensure consistent quality in cleaning standards, and coordinate daily workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential across all positions to ensure smooth guest interactions and team coordination. A strong commitment to exceptional guest service is a must. Applicants must be locally available and ready to start immediately.
