Key Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead and support the team, manage shift schedules, handle customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Utilizing your knowledge of POS systems and operational procedures will be essential in keeping the restaurant running efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
• Proven track record as a Restaurant Supervisor or Team Leader
• Experience in premium dining or café settings is a plus
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and POS systems
• Fluent English required; Arabic language skills are advantageous
• Professional appearance with a customer-focused approach
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
