Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Static Technicians to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This full-time position offers a monthly salary of QAR 3,500 and includes company-provided accommodation and transportation. Immediate availability is preferred, with candidates who can join without a notice period highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance of mechanical static equipment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining pumps, valves, pipework, cooling towers, air handling units (AHUs), filtration systems, and chemical dosing systems. Following proper safety protocols such as Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and method statements is essential. Additionally, you will prepare maintenance reports and checklists, supervise external vendors and contractors, and manage tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), spare parts, and equipment. Use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is also required to track maintenance activities.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should have hands-on experience working with equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, portable generators, winches, and other small portable tools. Strong troubleshooting abilities and a solid understanding of mechanical static equipment maintenance are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidates are from Indian, Pakistani, or Filipino nationalities, with a strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Immediate joining availability is highly desirable.
