Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC / AC Technician with expertise in DX (Direct Expansion) air conditioning units to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in the UAE facility management sector, possessing technical know-how and practical skills for maintaining and servicing HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on DX air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve faults with cooling systems and related components.
• Collaborate with the facility management team to address mechanical and electrical HVAC challenges efficiently.
• Apply basic civil maintenance skills as needed during installation and repair tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any critical issues promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC or facility management within the UAE market.
• Strong practical knowledge specifically working with DX air conditioning units.
• Understanding of basic civil maintenance related to HVAC installations and repairs.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.
