Key Responsibilities

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading negotiations to secure profitable deals. Collaborating closely with internal teams, this role will focus on expanding the company’s presence while maintaining a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of demonstrable success in business development or sales roles.
• Strong familiarity with the UAE business environment and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is considered a plus.
• Currently based in Dubai, UAE.
