Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Field Compliance Coordinator specializing in environmental management to join a reputable organization based in Abqaiq – SPARK. This critical role involves ensuring environmental compliance and driving sustainable initiatives within the company’s operations, with a focus on DRS&LD projects.

Key Responsibilities

The Field Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for managing and enforcing environmental policies and standards across the organization. Key duties include:

• Developing and implementing environmental policies and objectives aligned with regulatory requirements
• Conducting thorough internal environmental assessments to identify potential compliance issues
• Managing environmental findings by coordinating corrective actions to address non-compliance
• Monitoring adherence to local and national environmental regulations and industry standards
• Collaborating with different departments to enhance overall environmental performance
• Maintaining detailed records of environmental management activities and compliance documentation
• Promoting initiatives aimed at continuous environmental improvement

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in environmental science along with practical experience in compliance management. Essential qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a closely related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in environmental management or similar roles
• Solid knowledge of environmental regulations, compliance practices, and performance monitoring
• Experience with environmental management systems and thorough documentation procedures
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact effectively across multiple departments

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in environmental management or related compliance areas will be highly regarded and can strengthen candidacy for this position.

Work Location and Candidate Profile

This position is located in Abqaiq – SPARK. Preference is given to Saudi Nationals who meet the experience and qualification requirements.
