A well-established restaurant in Bahrain is seeking skilled Indian and Tandoor cooks to join their culinary team. Candidates with prior experience in traditional Indian cooking and Tandoor grilling are highly encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to applicants holding Flexi Visas.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of authentic Indian dishes with a focus on Tandoor and grill specialties
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Work efficiently under pressure to meet service requirements
• Assist in managing the kitchen inventory and ingredient preparation
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders

Required Skills

• Proven experience as an Indian cook with expertise in Tandoor techniques
• Strong knowledge of spices, marinades, and traditional cooking methods
• Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
