Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Design Manager specializing in precast concrete to lead our design team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role demands a professional with extensive experience in structural and precast concrete engineering, who can drive the development of innovative, high-quality precast concrete solutions for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities

As the Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards in quality and safety. Your leadership will guide the design team through the development and execution of detailed precast concrete designs, collaborating closely with project stakeholders and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Strong background in precast concrete systems as well as reinforced and prestressed concrete design
• Expertise in structural engineering with proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla Structures, and structural analysis tools
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• At least 15 years of experience in structural or precast concrete engineering
• Minimum of 8 years in a managerial or lead design position with a proven track record of successful project delivery
