We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Marketing and Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software sales, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. This role involves driving business growth by generating leads, delivering compelling presentations, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities through diverse sales channels and prospecting methods.
• Reach out to prospective clients to arrange product demonstrations tailored to their needs.
• Effectively present software solutions, highlighting features and benefits to customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and recommend the most suitable software products.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, following up diligently with potential clients.
• Negotiate contract terms and successfully close sales to meet company targets.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals in line with company objectives.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address customer issues and ensure smooth implementation.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry networking events, and exhibitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of proven experience in software or IT solutions sales.
• Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities coupled with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Self-motivated, energetic individual with a focus on achieving sales targets independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is considered an advantage.
