Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join a leading contracting company based in Qatar. This role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in civil construction and finishing works, who can provide accurate quantity take-offs and pricing estimates to support project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed quantity surveys and cost estimates for various construction projects. This involves analyzing project bids, managing cost control processes, and collaborating with project teams to deliver timely and precise cost assessments.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience working in Qatar within the civil and finishes construction sectors.
• Expertise in quantity take-off techniques and thorough understanding of pricing methodologies.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
• Immediate availability to join and contribute to ongoing projects.
• NOC (No Objection Certificate) is mandatory to apply for this position.
