Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of interior fit-out works for restaurants, cafés, and food & beverage outlets. Your duties will include coordinating all site activities, managing subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure key milestones are achieved on schedule. You’ll ensure construction complies with design specifications and brand standards, while maintaining strict control over budgets and safety measures. Communication will be vital as you interact with clients, designers, and internal teams, providing regular site inspections, quality assurance, and progress reporting.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of proven project management experience specifically within restaurant and F&B fit-out projects. A strong grasp of MEP coordination, kitchen services, and F&B-related finishes is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are critical to effectively juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines. A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is required. Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety standards will ensure smooth project execution.
