Bekman Burger Restaurant in Kuwait is looking for a skilled Head Burger Chef with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in burger preparation and kitchen management. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the burger kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Prepare and oversee the creation of high-quality burgers following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness according to restaurant guidelines.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold consistency and efficiency in food preparation.
• Collaborate with management to develop new burger varieties and improve existing menu items.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a burger chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent knowledge of burger ingredients, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards.
