Job Overview

Hyundai Engineering Co. Ltd. is urgently hiring skilled professionals for the Jafurah SACE 2 Project with Saudi Aramco in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Multiple engineering and inspection positions are open for candidates with strong backgrounds in oil and gas, petrochemical industries, and Aramco project experience. These roles require expertise in quality control inspection, commissioning, material receiving inspection, mechanical quality control, and coating inspection.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

The primary vacancies include:

  • RTR QC Inspector (CBT + Aramco Certified): Conduct radiographic film interpretation, welding inspection, fabrication oversight, and QA documentation focusing on underground RTR piping systems.
  • Commissioning Engineer (Chemical/Mechanical): Lead pre-commissioning and commissioning phases in refinery or petrochemical environments, including air/steam blowing, flushing, refractory dry-out, and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Material Receiving Inspector – Mechanical (Rotating): Manage the inspection and documentation of mechanical materials, ensuring compliance with ASTM, API, and other relevant standards.
  • Rotating Mechanical Quality Control Inspector (CBT + Aramco): Oversee inspection and testing of turbines, pumps, compressors, generators, and associated systems following international codes.
  • QC Coating Inspector: Inspect and verify coating applications for cryogenic and thermal systems in line with NACE, SSPC, and BGAS certifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant engineering degrees or diplomas depending on the role.
  • Required certifications such as FPI RTR Inspector Certificate, API 510 & 653, NACE CIP Level I, or equivalent.
  • Minimum experience ranging from 3 to 10 years in oil & gas, petrochemical, or EPC environments.
  • Strong knowledge of standards including ISO, ASME, ASTM, API, SAES, NEMA, NFPA, AWS, and NACE.
  • Experience with Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
