Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR and Administration Manager to oversee all human resource and administrative operations at a growing manufacturing facility based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role demands extensive experience in HR within industrial or manufacturing environments, alongside a thorough understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As the HR and Administration Manager, you will lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, performance management, and employee relations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies aligned with UAE labor regulations and ensuring compliance across all workplace operations. Managing coordination with government authorities for visas, work permits, and licensing will also be a critical part of your duties. Building and guiding a competent HR and administration team to support organizational goals is an essential aspect of this position.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8 to 12 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Deep understanding of UAE Labour Law, HR compliance, government visa processes, and work permit regulations.
• Proven expertise in handling full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
• Experience with ERP systems related to HR and payroll such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience working in greenfield or startup projects is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
