Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated FS2 Coordinator to join a reputed educational institution in Sharjah for the academic year 2026-2027. This non-teaching position focuses on coordinating early years education within the British Curriculum and EYFS framework, ensuring smooth communication among staff, parents, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

The FS2 Coordinator will manage the day-to-day coordination of the Foundation Stage 2 program. This involves supporting teachers, liaising with parents, and collaborating closely with school leadership to maintain high-quality educational standards and effective communication across all parties.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in UAE schools
• In-depth understanding of the British Curriculum and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
• Previous experience coordinating FS2 or early years programs is preferred
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school management
• Current residency in the UAE is required
