We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. This role is ideal for a professional with 4 to 5 years of comprehensive experience in human resources, including generalist functions and recruitment. The position requires a solid understanding of HR best practices and the ability to leverage modern HR technologies.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Executive, you will handle a variety of tasks that support the HR department’s goals. Your duties will include managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, and contributing to HR strategy development. Additionally, you will be expected to utilize HR technologies and explore AI tools to enhance departmental efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in human resources with exposure to generalist roles and recruitment management.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and effective practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools and HR technology platforms is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
