Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Service Engineer to join our team in Qatar. This role focuses on the sales and technical support of welding and cutting equipment, offering a competitive salary along with added benefits such as a company car and fuel allowance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent customer interaction skills to provide effective solutions and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing hands-on technical service. You will assist customers with equipment setup, troubleshoot operational faults, and advise on the appropriate selection of consumables. Engaging directly with clients, you will translate complex technical information into practical advice and deliver superior customer service on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales or technical support for welding and cutting equipment.
• Practical knowledge of welding processes, equipment configuration, fault diagnosis, and consumable applications.
• Competency in reading technical manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and product datasheets.
• Valid driving license with the willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM and service reporting is advantageous.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Additional Requirements

The role is open to male candidates up to 40 years of age and welcomes applicants of all nationalities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential in order to effectively liaise with customers and technical teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary ranges between 6000 and 7000 QAR, complemented by a company car and fuel provisions. Additional commission details will be discussed during the interview process.
