Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a dedicated Cash Van Salesman to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This full-time position offers a competitive basic salary with commission opportunities, accommodation, and transportation. Ideal candidates will have FMCG direct sales experience, a valid Qatar driving license, and familiarity with local routes and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage direct sales of fast-moving consumer goods, focusing on groceries, cafeterias, and small supermarkets. Responsibilities include driving a 3–4 ton vehicle to cover designated routes, engaging with customers to meet daily sales targets, collecting payments, and assisting with unloading the vehicle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in FMCG direct sales or traditional trade
• Valid Qatar driving license with experience handling 3–4 ton vehicles
• Strong knowledge of Qatar’s roads and key retail locations
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and collection skills
• Physically fit and energetic with a responsible work ethic
• Familiarity with GPS navigation and local market dynamics

• Basic salary of QAR 2,500 plus commission up to QAR 1,500

Preferred Qualifications
