Job Overview

We are urgently looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems including mini splits, central split units, package units, and VRF systems. This role demands a hands-on professional who can work independently and deliver quality service in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties involve installing HVAC units, including refrigerant piping, brazing, pressure testing, and system flushing. You will be responsible for wiring, thermostat setup, and cable termination. The role also covers starting, commissioning, testing, and balancing HVAC equipment. Troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues accurately is essential, as is preparing detailed job cards and maintaining clear communication with customers about system operations. Additionally, you will provide technical support and escalate issues when necessary, contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have 5 to 6 years of proven experience in HVAC installation and maintenance. A relevant qualification in HVAC or Refrigeration is required, and certification in brazing and gas charging from the Environmental Authority of Bahrain is preferred. Strong diagnostic skills, good communication abilities, and a valid Bahrain driving license are essential to succeed in this role.

Work Environment

This position involves fieldwork across different settings, including residential buildings, commercial spaces, and industrial sites. The candidate should be comfortable working under general supervision and able to handle technical documentation such as electrical schemes, piping diagrams, and psychrometric charts.
