Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Dredging Superintendent to lead major dredging operations for marine infrastructure projects based in Qatar. This role involves managing diverse teams and ensuring smooth execution of reclamation, port development, and other marine construction activities with a strong focus on Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) expertise.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of dredging operations, coordinating closely with dredge masters, operators, engineers, and survey personnel. Responsibilities include planning dredging activities, monitoring production, optimizing processes, and maintaining stringent health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) standards to guarantee operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Dredging Superintendent on significant marine infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise with Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) operations.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing multidisciplinary marine project teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of dredging techniques, operational planning, and safety compliance in a marine environment.
