Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Agent to join our office team in Bahrain. This role involves handling a high volume of online customer interactions daily, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth delivery coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident, quick in typing, and fluent in Hindi, English, and Urdu.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with 200-400 customers daily through online channels.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Process and secure customer orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with the delivery company to follow up on order status until successful delivery.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Hindi and English languages, with the ability to communicate in Urdu.
• Fast typing skills to handle large volumes of customer interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and smart attitude towards customer engagement.

Work Environment

This is a full-time office-based position where you will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure excellent customer service and order management.
