We are seeking a driven and customer-oriented Luxury Retail Sales Executive to join a distinguished luxury watch showroom in Qatar. The ideal candidate will excel in creating personalized shopping experiences while upholding the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Luxury Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for welcoming clients warmly and engaging them with professional, attentive service. You will provide tailored product advice based on each customer’s preferences and needs, ensuring a memorable purchasing journey. Building lasting client relationships through consistent follow-up and after-sales care is essential to this role. Maintaining deep knowledge of the products, latest market trends, and brand updates will allow you to offer informed recommendations.

Additionally, you will ensure the showroom is impeccably maintained with attractive visual merchandising. Your role includes managing inventory and assisting with stock replenishment to meet customer demand. Handling customer feedback with tact and professionalism is crucial, as is supporting any in-store events or promotional activities to drive sales. Meeting and surpassing individual sales targets remains a key focus.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field. Experience working specifically in a luxury watch showroom is required, with at least 3 to 4 years in high-end retail preferred. Proven success in managing luxury brand sales and cultivating strong customer connections is essential.

We require fluency in both Arabic and English, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should be highly presentable and comfortable working flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
