Job Overview

Eram Engineering Company is urgently seeking a skilled Civil Foreman with a minimum diploma in Civil Engineering and over seven years of experience, including industrial project exposure. This role is based in Dukhan, Qatar, and involves overseeing civil construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating labor and materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and reporting progress to project management. The role demands hands-on leadership during the construction process to support efficient workflow and maintain high standards on site.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering
• At least 7 years of civil construction experience
• Proven track record working on industrial projects
• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities
• Familiarity with site safety regulations and quality control

Employment Details and Benefits

The position requires a commitment of 9 hours per day, 6 days a week. The initial contract is for a minimum of 3 months, with potential extension based on project needs. Employees will receive food and accommodation as part of the benefits package. The offered salary is QAR 4500 per month.
