We are seeking a skilled Civil Supervisor with extensive experience in managing Saudi Aramco projects to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil supervision within the oil and gas industry, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of concrete works, foundations, structural steel, and finishing. This role offers opportunities in both Jeddah and Ras Tanura.

Key Responsibilities

As a Civil Supervisor, you will oversee daily construction activities ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and project specifications. Your duties will include managing site operations, coordinating concrete and foundation work, supervising structural steel installations, and ensuring quality control of finishing tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety protocols, utilizing Permit to Work (PTW) systems, and preparing detailed daily progress reports.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil supervision, specifically on oil and gas projects
• Proven track record with Saudi Aramco projects or official Aramco approval
• Strong knowledge of concrete works, foundations, structural steel, and finishing processes
• Familiarity with PTW systems and strict compliance with safety regulations
• Excellent reporting and communication skills for effective site management

Work Locations

This position is available in the cities of Jeddah and Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should be flexible to work in either location depending on project needs.
