Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Procurement Professionals to join a dynamic team in Qatar. Opportunities are open for both a Procurement Manager and Procurement Executive with strong backgrounds in purchasing across FMCG, fresh food, and non-food sectors. These roles require individuals skilled in negotiation, supplier management, and administration within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Manager will oversee procurement functions, lead supplier negotiations, and manage procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiency. The Procurement Executive will support procurement operations, assist in supplier coordination, and ensure timely acquisition of products while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Procurement Manager: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, fresh food, and non-food product procurement.
• Procurement Executive: 2 to 5 years of procurement experience, ideally in hypermarkets, supermarkets, or FMCG sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems for efficient procurement tracking and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
• Fluent English language skills; Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage.
• NOC clearance is mandatory for candidates currently in Qatar.
