Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead construction, energy, and industrial projects based in Qatar. This role requires driving projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring efficient coordination among teams and adherence to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, developing detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. You will collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and HSE teams to ensure smooth execution. Managing contractors, subcontractors, and all stakeholders is essential to maintaining progress and compliance. Monitoring project status, identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective measures will fall under your purview. Additionally, the role involves preparing performance reports and dashboards, fostering continuous improvement, and supporting commissioning and handover activities.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing projects within construction, energy, or industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is essential. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills will help you drive project success. The ability to interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications is critical. Expertise in risk management and confident decision-making is highly valued. Having experience within Qatar or the broader GCC region is preferred, along with certifications like PMP or equivalent, which will be considered an asset.
