Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Scaffolders and Scaffolding Supervisors to join our team in Qatar. These roles play a crucial part in supporting industrial and oil & gas projects, ensuring safe and efficient scaffolding operations.

Key Responsibilities

For Scaffolders:

• Perform erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures following project guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards to maintain a hazard-free working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently.

For Scaffolding Supervisors:

• Oversee daily scaffolding activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections, plan work schedules, and lead toolbox talks to enhance safety awareness.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure adherence to HSE policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Scaffolder:

• Valid scaffolder certification is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling.
• Previous involvement in industrial or oil & gas projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety standards within scaffolding work.

Scaffolding Supervisor:

• Supervisor certification is required.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience, particularly within oil and gas sectors.
• Proficient in scaffold inspection, project planning, and conducting safety briefings.
• In-depth understanding of HSE regulations and client compliance expectations.
