Job Overview

Mazaya Fast is seeking a dedicated Supervisor of Delivery Riders to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on overseeing and leading delivery riders, particularly those operating through HungerStation, ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding service quality.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring rider performance daily to ensure that operational goals are consistently met.
• Enforcing company policies and promptly addressing any on-field challenges.
• Recruiting qualified delivery riders aligned with the company’s standards and requirements.
• Utilizing your expertise in supervising HungerStation bike riders to manage and guide the team effectively.
• Preparing and managing attendance records, reports, and providing insightful performance updates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Driving team motivation while maintaining professional discipline and appearance standards.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least two years of supervisory experience, specifically overseeing HungerStation delivery riders.
• Strong communication skills coupled with effective leadership in field operations.
• Competency in using mobile applications, operational dashboards, and reporting tools.
• A valid driving license to facilitate operational oversight.
