Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and organized female Events Organizer to handle and coordinate children’s indoor and outdoor parties, summer camps, and other related events. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage all event aspects from planning to execution, ensuring memorable experiences for children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing various children-focused events, including birthdays and seasonal camps. Key tasks include sourcing reliable suppliers, procuring necessary materials and equipment, and overseeing event logistics. The role also demands excellent communication and coordination with team members, vendors, and clients.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in event hosting and coordination, preferably related to children’s events
• Strong organizational and communication abilities
• Capability to identify and liaise with suppliers for event requirements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Experience with children’s parties and camps is a significant advantage
