MyShops UAE is seeking experienced Retail Sales Representatives to join one of the fastest-growing electronics retailers in the region. Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will assist customers in selecting cutting-edge electronics and gadgets, provide knowledgeable advice on a wide range of products, and work towards achieving individual and store sales targets. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences for visitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in electronics retail sales, preferably with a focus on smartphones, IT products, and other consumer electronics.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Good understanding of major technology brands such as Apple, Samsung, Honor, Xiaomi, Lenovo, and HP.
• Basic proficiency with computers and POS systems.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Experience working within the UAE retail market is an advantage.
• A positive attitude combined with a passion for technology and willingness to continually learn.
