Job Overview

GS IT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist to join their team in Dubai Silicon Oasis. This role focuses on managing procurement activities within the IT distribution and system integration sector across Dubai, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality products while maintaining cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating quotes for IT, Audio-Visual (AV), Extra-Low Voltage (ELV), and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) products. Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and distributors is essential to secure competitive prices, superior quality, and dependable delivery schedules.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years in IT procurement, with hands-on experience in Dubai’s IT distribution and system integration market.
• Comprehensive understanding of IT products and accessories to effectively evaluate supplier offerings.
• Demonstrated vendor management expertise combined with strong negotiation capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Hindi to facilitate clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
