Job Overview

We are urgently seeking two skilled Filipino Specialty Baristas to join our team at the World Trade Centre in Dubai. This is a six-month contract role starting on August 24, 2026, offering a competitive monthly salary of AED 3,400 and providing work permits for successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities

As a Specialty Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality specialty coffee beverages that meet Italian coffee standards. Your duties will include expert espresso extraction, crafting visually appealing latte art, and maintaining excellent beverage quality. Additionally, you will ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in your work area while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Specialty Barista with proficiency in latte art
• Strong knowledge of Italian coffee preparation techniques and espresso extraction
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a well-groomed demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality
• Available to start employment from August 24, 2026
• OHC (Occupational Health Certificate) and BFH (Breastfeeding Health) certification required

Work Environment and Details

The position involves working 9 hours per day, including a one-hour break, across two possible shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Uniforms will be provided, ensuring a professional and cohesive look within our team.
