We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a prominent project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for professionals ready to start immediately and looking for a challenging role in the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for accurately managing all quantity surveying aspects related to the project. This includes cost estimation, budgeting, procurement management, contract administration, and liaising with contractors and project teams to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in quantity surveying within large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of contract documentation and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze costs and prepare detailed reports.
• Fluency in English is preferred.

Contract Details

The position offers an hourly rate between 40 to 45 Saudi Riyals. Please note that food, accommodation, and transportation expenses will be the responsibility of the employee.
