Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Production Manager specializing in bakery and pastry to oversee daily production activities. This role requires a professional with at least five years of experience in pastry, bakery, and food manufacturing environments, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Manager will supervise all bakery and pastry production processes to maintain high-quality output and food safety adherence. Responsibilities include managing and training production teams, preparing staff schedules, and ensuring all products strictly follow established recipes and specifications.

In addition, the manager will implement food safety protocols in line with SFDA guidelines and HACCP standards. Collaboration with the research and development team is vital for testing and launching new products. Daily duties also involve generating production reports, tracking key performance metrics, reviewing employee performance, and working closely with procurement to guarantee the availability of raw materials and ingredients.

Efficient management to minimize waste and optimize production costs is essential while maintaining strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with baking operations, including equipment handling, storage practices, and understanding shelf life, is required.

Required Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years in pastry, bakery, or food production management
