We are seeking a dedicated Production Coordinator to join our team in Al Quoz, Dubai. This role involves overseeing daily bakery production activities, ensuring smooth operations through effective coordination with various departments. The position offers a monthly salary of AED 1,400 and is ideal for candidates with experience in food production and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day production schedules of the bakery.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, purchasing, and delivery teams to maintain seamless workflow.
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports as required.
• Ensure that all production targets are met while upholding quality standards and strict hygiene protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Prior experience in bakery or food production environments is preferred.
• Effective communication skills in English to liaise with various teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic understanding of food safety standards is considered an advantage.
