Al Jothan Perfumes is inviting qualified candidates to attend walk-in interviews for the role of Mid-Level Accountant. This position offers a chance to join a reputed company located in Sharjah’s Industrial Area 13. The role requires handling various accounting functions with a focus on accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Mid-Level Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting department. Key duties include bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, managing VAT processes, and handling accounts payable and receivable. Regular bank reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger are essential tasks. The role also involves using accounting software and MS Excel to support accounting operations efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to the UAE accounting environment. A sound understanding of accounting principles, VAT regulations, and financial statement preparation is crucial. Proficiency in ERP systems is advantageous. Strong analytical abilities, organizational skills, and effective communication are important to succeed in this position.

Job Details and Benefits

This role follows a Monday to Friday, 17-day work schedule. Successful candidates will receive an employment visa, health insurance, transportation, and paid annual leave. Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be aligned with the candidate’s skills and experience.
