Key Responsibilities

The Accountant will be responsible for managing accurate financial records and ensuring smooth transactional processes. Duties include preparing monthly bank reconciliations, generating financial reports, processing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting in month-end and year-end closing tasks. The role also involves supporting budgeting activities, monitoring cash flow, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and internal controls. Coordination with external auditors, banks, and other relevant parties is essential, alongside maintaining strict confidentiality of all financial data.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A CPA qualification or CPA graduate status is mandatory. Applicants should bring 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines are required. Integrity, professionalism, and discretion are fundamental to this role. Prior experience in family offices, investment settings, or the hospitality sector is considered advantageous.

Compensation and Location

The position offers a competitive salary starting from AED 5,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
