Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Foreman with a minimum of five years experience in HVAC installation projects within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will supervise wiring, control panels, sensors, and power supply installations, ensuring all systems are functioning safely and efficiently. This role requires leadership on-site, close coordination with technicians, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

The E&I Foreman will oversee daily activities of the electrical and instrumentation team, assign tasks, monitor work quality, and resolve technical issues swiftly. Responsibilities include installing HVAC control panels, running conduit, wiring thermostats and sensors, and connecting power to HVAC equipment. The foreman is also responsible for testing electrical circuits for correct voltage, calibrating sensors, supporting HVAC system startups, and signing off on completed work logs to confirm quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in electrical and instrumentation work, preferably in HVAC installation or construction projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical blueprints and schematics.
• Strong leadership capabilities to supervise and direct a team of technicians.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems on-site promptly.
• Valid Iqama is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in remote areas as required by project locations.
• Availability for hourly-based work; transfer applicants will not be considered.

Additional Information

The job duration will be based on the project requirements. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process. Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) will be provided by the company.
