Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry to join a leading company based in Qatar. This role requires a professional who has a strong background in project accounting and financial management within the EPC and contracting sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling client invoicing, managing percentage of completion (POC) accounting, performing cost and revenue analysis, and preparing detailed variance reports. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and advanced MS Excel skills are essential to effectively manage and report financial data.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional accounting experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the GCC region, specifically within the EPC or contracting industries.
• Proven expertise in project accounting methodologies and practices.
• Strong familiarity with client invoicing and financial analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
