Key Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting walk-in clients in a professional manner. You will clearly explain company services using Bengali and English, generate new leads, and follow up to achieve assigned sales targets. Maintaining accurate client records and updating daily sales reports is essential. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the marketing team by contributing to video content, social media posts, and promotional campaigns. Coordinating efforts with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery is also part of the job.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Prospective candidates must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English. We prefer female applicants who present themselves professionally with confidence and a customer-focused attitude. Sales experience is advantageous, especially in consultancy or immigration sectors. The candidate should be comfortable supporting marketing initiatives, including video creation. Being target-oriented, punctual, and reliable is important for success in this role. Candidates must currently reside in Bahrain and cannot be on a visit visa.
