Job Description
We are looking for confident, presentable, and target-driven Sales Associates fluent in Bengali,Hindi and English. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, generate leads, convert walk-ins into sales, and assist with marketing initiatives when needed. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to build trust with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and handle walk-in clients professionally.
Explain company services clearly and convincingly in Bengali and English.
Generate leads, follow up with clients, and achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate client records and daily sales reports.
Assist the marketing team with short videos, social media content, and campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
Fluent in Bengali,Hindi and English.
Female candidate preferred.
Must be presentable, confident, and professional.
Must be currently inside Bahrain.
Sales experience preferred (consultancy/immigration experience is a plus).
Comfortable assisting with marketing and video creation.
Target-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
