We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fleet operations, ensuring vehicle maintenance, managing registrations, and supporting transportation logistics. Key Responsibilities

The main duties of the Fleet Coordinator include:

• Coordinating daily fleet operations and scheduling vehicles efficiently to meet operational needs.
• Handling vehicle registration, renewals, and ownership transfers using TAMM and other official government portals.
• Managing Mulkiya documentation, processing insurance renewals, and ensuring all compliance requirements are up to date.
• Organizing preventive maintenance, scheduling servicing, and conducting periodic vehicle inspections to maintain fleet health.
• Monitoring fuel consumption and vehicle performance while keeping thorough maintenance records.
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive fleet records and preparing detailed reports on fleet operations.
• Ensuring strict adherence to UAE transportation laws and internal company policies related to fleet management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Two to four years of practical experience in fleet coordination, transportation, or logistics management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with fleet management software.
• Strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to solve problems efficiently.
• Knowledge of UAE transportation regulations is considered a plus.
