Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer to join a leading metal fabrication factory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on overseeing daily production operations and managing shop-floor teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes. The position is hands-on and strictly related to factory floor production management, not involving design or external site work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shop-floor workers to maintain smooth factory production.
• Manage daily production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement effective production planning to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
• Address and resolve production challenges with a proactive approach while working under pressure.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in factory production, preferably within metal fabrication industries.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate production teams.
• Strong skills in production planning and process coordination.
• Capability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with tight delivery timelines.
