Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Contracts Manager with a minimum of 15 years of relevant engineering experience to join our team for prestigious Aramco projects in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role demands expertise in contract administration and commercial management within large-scale EPC/EPCM frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer contracts effectively to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines.
• Manage commercial aspects including negotiation, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Oversee change order processes and implement sound risk management strategies.
• Apply FIDIC contract conditions proficiently in EPC/EPCM contract management.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontract management to optimize project delivery.
• Monitor cost control and maintain clear commercial correspondence.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster collaborative relationships.
• Provide support during arbitration and mediation proceedings when required.
• Utilize analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to resolve complex contract issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 15 years of hands-on experience in contract management, preferably with Aramco projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions and EPC/EPCM project environments.
• Proven track record in claims management and dispute resolution.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Available to join immediately with a transferable Iqama.
