We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Sales Executives, both male and female, to join our team in Al Olaya, Riyadh. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates from any nationality passionate about sales and customer service. The position includes a probationary period with a starting salary and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services while building lasting relationships with customers. Generating new sales leads, following up on prospects and existing clients, and meeting monthly sales targets are vital components of this role. Additionally, the executive will prepare sales reports, maintain accurate customer records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally will also be essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Hindi. Basic proficiency or familiarity with Arabic will be beneficial. Experience in a sales role, particularly as a Sales Executive, is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must be target-driven, possess negotiation abilities, and demonstrate the capability to work both independently and within a team. Familiarity with MS Office applications is expected.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary during the first month of probation is SAR 3,000. Upon successful achievement of monthly sales targets, the salary will be increased accordingly. This compensation structure rewards high performance and encourages motivation.
