Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join a reputable client of Capstone Solutions based in Dubai. This role involves overseeing daily human resource operations within a dynamic work environment, ensuring smooth payroll, attendance management, and compliance with HR policies. Candidates with immediate availability will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive will be responsible for a variety of functions, including:

• Handling daily HR operations to support organizational efficiency
• Managing payroll processing and attendance tracking accurately
• Updating and maintaining employee records in the HRMS
• Calculating leave salary and End of Service (EOS) benefits as per UAE regulations
• Facilitating recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Ensuring HR policy implementation and compliance with labor laws

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in HR roles within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of payroll management and general HR operations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR Management Systems (HRMS)
• Fluency in Hindi is essential for this position
• Ability to join immediately is highly desirable
