Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Pastry Chefs will support the pastry team by preparing and assisting in the creation of a variety of baked goods and desserts, ensuring quality and consistency in every item. Responsibilities include helping with dough preparation, decorating pastries, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and collaborating with the head chef to execute daily menus effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an assistant pastry chef or in a similar culinary role
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
• Good knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory
• Availability to join immediately
