Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join a long-term project based in Ras Laffan, Qatar. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage quality control operations effectively, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards while leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

As the Quality Control Supervisor, you will oversee the quality assurance processes, particularly in relation to baggage tub circulating services. You will ensure that all operations comply with statutory regulations and health and safety guidelines. Leading your team by example, you will maintain high standards of performance and address any issues that arise promptly to sustain operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar quality control or supervisory role
• Strong leadership capabilities combined with excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with baggage tub circulation operations is essential
• Deep understanding of statutory and health & safety regulations
• Certified First Aider with the ability to respond to emergencies
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Physically fit to thrive in an operational work environment

Contract and Work Environment

This opportunity is offered on a 3-year contract with a possibility of extension. The working environment is operational and demanding, requiring both physical fitness and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic setting.
