Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automation Governance Manager to join a dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in automation project management within the financial services sector. Candidates based in the UAE with a valid UAE driving license will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee the governance of automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. They will apply business process reengineering tools and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Kaizen to streamline processes and manage techno-functional projects effectively. Hands-on involvement with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms, particularly UI Path, will be a significant part of the role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a techno-functional project manager, preferably within financial services.
• Practical experience in implementing automation and RPA technologies.
• Strong understanding of process improvement frameworks like Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Familiarity with automation tools, with a preference for UI Path certification; experience with Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism is also valuable.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and processes is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified in UI Path automation tools or similar platforms, along with proven expertise in business process reengineering, will enhance application prospects. Candidates who demonstrate a blend of technical skills and process management capabilities will stand out.
