Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a seasoned Business Development and Sales Engineer with a strong background in trading, steel fabrication, and security systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience managing and growing sales within these sectors, including expertise in barriers, motors, CCTV, shutters, and related products. This role is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships in the trading and security system markets.
• Drive sales growth by promoting steel fabrication services and security system products.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 7 years’ experience in trading business or steel fabrication along with security system equipment like barriers, motors, CCTV, and shutters.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of technical aspects related to steel fabrication and security products.
• Iqama status must be transferrable.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
