Candidates must hold a transferable residency and be currently residing in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact, responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone inquiries, and supporting daily administrative tasks. The Contact Center Agent will handle customer calls, provide information, and assist clients with their inquiries, ensuring excellent service at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Receptionist: Previous experience in reception or customer service; medical field experience is preferable.
• Contact Center Agent: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic are essential for the Contact Center Agent role.
• Experience in dental or medical settings is an advantage for both positions.
